Georgia Democrats had not won a statewide race that wasn't for a federal office since 2006.

They won two races tonight, both against GOP incumbents.

The margins? 62% to 38% in both.

My brother bought the Trump coin because it was “only $50.” What’s a good immigration org I should donate to under his name? Another $50 is also going to @abortionfunds.bsky.social.

🚨But work requirements don't actually boost employment—they just make it harder for people to access crucial food assistance & health care services.

A president’s executive order cannot undo a law or a Supreme Court decision, let alone a provision of the Constitution. Forget that and you do have a dictatorship on day one.

Can’t stop thinking about how much has changed in the past eight years. Do I think we can survive another Trump term? Maybe. But this time around, we are so incredibly burned out. We’ve been going nonstop for eight years, defending our lives on all fronts.

Take care of yourselves, friends.

If he delays or eliminates the #TikTokBan altogether, do not applaud, thank, or give him any credit. He was the one who first introduced the idea of a ban, he banned federal employees from using it on their government devices.

There’s a lot we weren’t able to get to, and ofc federal courts + republicans stopped a lot of incredible progress, but this is a big one.

The Biden Administration overhauled #PSLF and now nearly $180 billion in student debt was canceled for 4.9 million public service workers.
The Biden admin just canceled federal student loans for 55,000 workers through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.

The cancellation targets teachers, nurses, service members, law enforcement and others who have worked 10 years or more in government or nonprofit jobs.
