Tag in my boyfriend to also call. He waits for 20-25 min to speak to someone who then sends him to another department. To confirm the original department has the knives.....

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE - Get an email as I leave saying someone had picked up my order. I attempt to call to figure out what has happened. Can't get through.
And then we wait. For over 25 min ....till my break is over and I have to go back. Tell the Rep I can't continue to wait and leave. To which you think "this must be the end of the saga ..."

Fast forward to today - walk over to get the knives and go to customer service. Wait in a line. Give the rep my order number and name.....

It all started yesterday ... When I remember I needed a knife block for the kitchen with my boyfriend. We had moved all the pots and pans and thought - what if we ordered one and I picked it up on my break ....

▪️ Today we continued to refill the pipe. Next steps include water quality testing & ensuring the system is stable.
▪️ Finished removing sections of the flood berm in Bowness & installed temporary barriers along a section of pathway in Parkdale to protect the community in case there is another break.
