Positivity isn't a magic cure for everything, of course. It's not a magic cure for anything. Positivity is a tool to encourage you to do things, FIX things. It seems like a lot of people think positivity is a magic cure to me, and it's just not. It really does help, though.

As someone who helps people with being positive and helps them think positively, I really agree with this. A lot of the people I help really have real problems, but the little things stem mostly from this and I think mental health depends not just on large factors, but the little things too.

I have a simple motto which I hold myself to:
"Don't look for reasons to be unhappy"
You'll know when you have a real problem on your hands, and it's much more fun to ask how that problem can be solved using your own brain and your own skills rather than an app or a widget.
That's the fun in life
