Technology can be good. We wouldn't be talking without it. But when it's used to share abuse and negativity, it's horrible. Nature can be brutal too. As I say, it depends how we use such tools. Walking in nature can help the mind, but walk for too long and you become lost.

I don't think technology is our enemy, but it's certainly a double-edged sword. Just like nature.

Totally agree!! I noticed it ages ago when I was playing an open mic night to a usually lovely crowd and got sworn at for my efforts. People are very angry these days, but what the world needs is more love as always ❤️

Hmmm it sounds like a case of being thankful for what you have. I try to maintain an attitude of gratitude at all times too. If you have food in your belly, a roof over your head and one person to truly talk with you are rich compared to a lot of folks out there. Good to hear you're doing your best!

So many people seem to be recording themselves having mental breakdowns or crying in their cars. Desperate days across the world. 💔

I hear you. Are you based in London currently then? I visit sporadically, but its reputation as a place to live is plummeting. Twitter is an open sewer too, I can't blame anyone for avoiding it. Many people are feeling frazzled and crazed by the global horrors, so please know you're not alone. Love!
