I worry about how the door knockers are being compensated. They were out at 21211 for weeks, repeat knocking on doors that didn’t answer until 8pm. Seems shady.

If the explanation doesn’t have next steps, ask for an escalation to a supervisor. That is when i have gotten a phone call. You should also email your councilperson.

It’s a stupid workflow but here are the steps you need to take. Call 311 and tell them your ticket number and explain it was closed and can they share the next steps for the salesforce internal ticket (yes, they maintain a citizen facing and internal ticket system, DUMB).

How sad. I was visit a NoCal campus that had a redwood grove and I smelled it before I knew about it. It was such a lovely sensory moment of calm. I’ll never forget it.
