Did we forget that Trump very much dislikes Zelensky, if not hates and wants revenge? Has nothing to do with war funding. Has to do with Burisma, Trump phone calls... He wants to hurt Zelensky, not help. As for Ukraine the country, he probably doesn't care. Like for any place not belonging to him.

Now if ever there must happen some serious party reform in the US. Republican probably not so much (Trump will hand-lead it wherever he wants), but the Dems - they must deeply reflect and change if they ever can take a lesson.
