2/2 - so #healthfirst is going to make me stop and restart my ADHD meds. let's hope i don't end up in the ER because I couldn't get my prescription when I needed it. ironically that will end up costing them way more than if they'd just fill my script that they've been filling.

1/2 - Shout out to #healthfirst for deciding the adhd medication i've taken for greater part of a year suddenly needs prior authorization! who knows how long this could take and because it's adhd meds, I only have a few days left.

There’s not really a good excuse because in this day and age models of all disabilities exist. If you think glasses with real lenses are too difficult to photograph then you’re just not a very good photographer lmao im sure its purely that fashion lenses are cheaper.

Its entirely possible that I live under a cave, my life is either be sick, study cyber sec or German so my bad if this has been done, but its surprising I’ve never seen a major eyewear company do even like some performative campaign just for the disability dollar.

There’s nothing wrong with #fashionglasses but I can’t tell how frames will look with the lenses I need when all the imagery is fashion lenses. Give me a model with the #myopia head squeezing effect so outcome expectations are accurately set! Show bifocals on someone without grey hair!

I wish #glasses companies would use models with eye conditions that require real lenses. It’s annoying that glasses are advertised as a fashion accessory rather than a #disability accommodation for visual impairments.

what apps y'all use to #learn #languages? im learning german, russian, and spanish but #duolingo replaced the hearts with the battery of extreme frustration! ugh! wanted to replace them anyways over using ai, double ugh!

i can never forgive those who've punished me socially for severe #PTSD and #ADHD burn out.
i'll always remember who helped, who was there, and didn't hold it against me that my fight for my life was messy and really fucking hard. witnessing combat even just thru a screen w/ my job broke my mind

I forgot #adhd meds can cause heat sensitivity! Got caught off guard bc my bp med usually helps my heat intolerance and my apt finally had satisfyingly hot water. So I got excited and busted out the Korean Italy towel, got the skin snakes... and then the heat stroke kicked in ugh

proper #adhd meds is like wow okay suddenly everything doesn't have 9000 steps and the nonsense clutter thoughts are cleared out. music is a lot more enjoyable and i spent some time playing ukulele 💜

I have no idea how i ended up playing a heteronormative dating sim to get thru this weekend but apparently playable soap opera story games is my jam. I mean i love the sims 4 which is basically that but with husband dungeons.
