My two girls are 10 and 12. 12 year old was WAY pickier (only chicken nuggets for protein). Just recently starting to eat the same meals as us! She came around and her favorite foods are things she would refuse to try only a month ago. It can happen!

Absolutely 100%. Westvillage has it right. Statistics don't lie, the vast majority of nonvoters make all the difference and then some. Most are disengaged, so likely has nothing to do with whether they thought the last candidate was or wasn't liberal enough (or other popular arguments).

Sadly, I love your sentiment and wish it were true but I do not believe the human race will ever reach a collective level of intelligence to reject religion(s). We are in the MISinformation age and new and even crazier religions are being conceived as we speak. I hope I'm proven wrong, of course.

Very valid points. Huge fan since Watchmen! But for me, at least, the directors' messages are in their worlds. Superman is 'hope' in both. Both Luthors are just as jealous of his power. Unworthy. But Snyders world worships Superman as a messiah. Gunn's sees him as just trying to do the right thing.

I would never dictate to you what type of storytelling style comic books or comic book movies should portray. Or even say that grounded vs. fantastical is a better approach. But differences in tone and overall message of Gunns and Snyders movies are obvious and stark. Gunn nailed it with Superman!!

AI is cheap Easter chocolate bunnies. Badly remolded, artificial memory of a sweet treat that crumbles into a hollow pile of garbage with any real pressure put on it.

Ruffles All Dressed is the best. But don't pass on the Lay's Ketchup crisps or this fantastic limited edition Doritos here:

A teacher eexplained to our class how sailors on long trans-continental ships would have to drink their own urine to survive the voyage. I let out an involuntary sound of disgust and she went off on me like I had committed an atrocity. That was 6th grade class. We were 11!

WOW! That can't be real! It's so close I almost can't believe it's a coincidence.

I feel the same way about Dr. Pepper. Can never even get through a whole can.

You should play Ghost of Tsushima next. Gorgeous open world, just like Horizon's but you commune with the animals instead of killing (and they lead you to treasures and zen meditation spots). But yes, you also kill quite a few invading Mongolian hordes too.

As a Canadian who used to consider him a hero, it breaks my heart to see his legacy destroyed. He's such a loser now.

Happy birthday to her!!
Mine turns 12 very shortly. She loves reading the "Wings of Fire" series by T Sutherland. The graphic novels are great as well. Vol 1 pictured here:

This is for toooooo many the ONLY voice of reason on Fox News. Just a million times better than a Repub on CNN or MSNBC. So I have to disagree. She takes a lot of crap but she absolutely serves a purpose and is exceptionally good at it. She takes crap but she gives it back more often than you think!

As well as fewer physical units at most smaller retailers, especially in rural areas. Just like Covid, people expect higher prices now, so companies will oblige. :(
