An Artist is a being that can hear and listen to the song of the universe, and then unconsciously, through her/his Art work, opens the doors of the concert hall through her/his work for everybody willing to listen to it.

Two of my favourite sculptures I created. I sculpted the small figures at the torch and then sculpted the two paperweights at the bench. Cut and welded the metal parts.

I called (defined) this technique: gestural glass. I started developing it and using it about 25 years ago. I am going to rekindle it. YES, I realize it is a bad image but I like the idea of those glass figures. I should continue woking on this technique and ideas.

Some small objects, engraved by Tomo Sakai during our residence in Corning for two weeks. They are maquette(s) for future sculptures, or like Tomo suggested for brooches. Naturally the design phase for parts in metal and wood for the sculptures is still on the planning stage.
