Ever seen this book? Chapter 14 is interesting: “A sonic environment is characterized by lots of repetition and gradual changes leading to a hypnotic effect. Generally the composer sets up the patch and the synthesizer plays it self.” Sounds pretty good, right?

Just got back from a few days in Berlin with this treasure trove of books. For me books are one of the most wholesome objects we can surround ourselves with. After I’ve had a proper read through, I look forward to putting them on the shelves in my studio.
