I recently got hired at a company after 2 interviews:

- a 30min casual chat with the CTO on a Friday;
- a 30min regular interview with HR the next Monday.

That was it. No tests, no drawn out process; just two short (but good) chats, then an offer the next day.

This still exists… but it is rare.

What does "Repo Access" mean in this case?

Access to the NativePHP Github repo? If so, what are the advantages of that as a dev using NativePHP?
