No, I’m not from Louisville, but I’m familiar with the legislation passed. The bill was opposed by those who help the homeless beforehand, but the legislature has been passing bills like this since the GOP took control. 😞

Blame the GOP supermajority in the KY legislature for passing the bill which criminalizes homelessness! As despicable as they can be, the US Senators were not involved in this legislation.
