Agreed. I read again and yeah it does not clarify whether artistic depictions of anything besides ch*ld p*rn is banned. I can understand that one because it's actually illegal in some places even when fictional, but for everything else... I included this paragraph in my responses to the survey!
I'm unclear on whether some of the content restrictions (particularly violence, nonconsensual sex, adult content involving animals) will be applied to fictional, artistic depictions of these themes. While I fully agree with restricting real life content involving actual incidents of these things (since that would be directly sharing criminal activity), I do NOT believe these content restrictions should be applied to entirely fictional, artistic depictions. I would like the rules to clarify that fictional, artistic depictions of these themes are allowed as long as they are properly tagged; especially drawn, written and animated depictions, unless these artistic depictions themselves violate the law.
