In Pennsylvania if you see people being abducted by these masked goons (bounty hunters)…. It is your legal right to call 911/ the police to report a kidnapping. Police are required to come and insist the goons provide their names/IDs and warrants

law enforcement. They’re hateful vigilantes looking for $ and a way to act macho. The ones who grabbed the landscaper and beat and brutalized him were fat thugs
