Thank you, Congressman. I wish more of our elected officials would display the same contempt for the way US citizens are being steamrolled. I'm not in your district, but as a Texan, I support you. If you ever run for a statewide seat, you have my vote.

I also lay the blame at the feet of the many who decided that they "weren't interested in politics", and stayed home. Their lack of caring enough to DO THEIR CIVIC DUTY and vote to stop this BS... it's the thing that makes me want to leave. It only works if we ALL take part.

It still wasn't good for a lot of us at the lower end of the income scale. Things have been getting progressively worse for a very long time. We used to be able to at least get by... maybe even LIVE a little... now we are literally skipping meals to save money. I still voted for Kamala.

It's about freaking time, and it's a crying shame that it didn't happen while he had the ability to enjoy more of life. It really sounds like at this point, they're just letting him go home to dies. I'm glad he's free. Congratulations, Mr Peltier. Breathe easy now.
