California will still have Cal Fire as a statewide emergency response resource. FDNY will probably keep their team up to standards, as will LA, Miami maybe, Texas A&M will set their own state standards so 🤷🏻♂️, VA will be interesting

Did a short paper on $ savings for medium sized public agency that allowed just IT unless needed , HR except for 1 day a week/as needed , some other “paper pushers” for 1-2 days. cost savings could be based on not needed to rent extra overflow annex buildings, parking lot, power etc. major savings
