This is Raioh, the ShockDorumon! He was originally a normal Dorumon who was gifted some of Jupitermon's power after the Olympus XII member saw potential in him. This stubborn boy's line is ShockDorumon -> BlitzDorugamon -> Tesladramon -> Raijinmon: Jupiter Edge! Art by Wereguy and Memoir!
