I've had that on games from Amazon, but it happens at Walmart or any place with a decent return policy. Usually someone took the game out and then ran it through a laminator, then returned it to the store to get their money back. The stores don't usually x-ray them and the games are very light.

Speaking of 10000000, he actually does regret naming it that. There is a tip in "You have to build a Boat" that says not to name your game 10000000, I assume because it's too hard to Google.

I don't play much Monster Hunter, but I find your word choice interesting. To me, having to fight the same enemy more than once is the definition of grinding, while getting to see more of an exciting story is the opposite.
Maybe the issue is the story just isn't very good?

I got a Bissell multiclean upright after hating my Dyson for 10 years. Being able to use the wand without completely unwinding the cord was life changing.

I used to play Rivers of Light from Adventure Construction Set. The order you solve puzzles is kind of linear, though. Apparently it was influential enough that Todd Howard was aware of it.

It's the inexorable math of capitalism. Fortnite makes 5 Billion a year, so any idea that has even a 1% chance of replacing it is worth throwing 50-100 million at.
It's easy to convince yourself your idea has a 1% chance of success, as opposed to 0.01%. Low numbers are hard.

I know lots of people who are in a different field than their degree, but don't regret it because it taught them valuable skills like communication, problem solving, etc.
