Prepped the high tunnel today to get ready to plant. We harvested some bonus early season edible common weeds! Dandelions, of course, cow thistle, chick weed, and plantain. A nice salad for lunch and another for dinner!

North African Far East spice trade goat meets North American hot peppers and beans and some Northern European apples. Speaking in historical terms, that is. Most from our farm right here in the Midwest with the exception of the spices (honey from another local farm as we don't have bees yet).
