Abilities are working again (obviously shouldn't have the "Ability Activated" notification but the logic is working)

One or two more cards to move over and a little shift for modifier cards, then I can move onto more fun stuff!

This ability change has ballooned out!

It IS needed, so I just need to keep trucking on, but this change which was originally just updating abilities has kinda spread to everything, integral system and all...

ITS ALIVE!!
The refactor is ALMOST finished!

The trinket over on the left is loading a bomb into my magazine every time I hit 2 pegs (The same effect as the bomb card)

Way OP, but what's gamedev without a little messin' around?

Believe it or not, this is working as intended!

(I may have set the trigger for my enemy dealing damage, to him TAKING damage)

The refactor is going perfectly by the way, not a joke, behind the scenes, this is SO much better

I think I have fallen down another refactor hole, but like the others, I think this is going to be worth it

After rewriting how abilities work, I think I can leverage this code to replace my ball abilities as well?

The Redesign for abilities is going well, It's taking a while, which is why I'm not posting loads of stuff, but I want to do it right

I'm coding it so that trinkets run off the same code which will be super useful later on

Also UI Design sucks, haha 🍮

After some planning and not touching code until I had a good idea of the system (which I sometimes, do NOT do)

I have implemented my refactored ability code that initiates off various events.

This test trinket draws 2 for every 10 pegs hit, it works! 🍮

Well, while refactoring some code, I realised that refactoring this OTHER bit would be super useful to test the first bit

So I updated my GameState to use a Scriptable Object instead, which is SO(ha!) useful for testing

Last Post of the night, cuz its bloody 2:30am (I'm dumb alright?)

Someone suggested I make the ball bouncier by default, this might be an overcorrection but it DOES look better with more bounce

Will need to test...
