Trump’s administration is out there straight up ignoring court orders.
His party in Congress is talking about nuking federal benches.
They’re talking about overruling the parliamentarian.
Like, IMAGINE if Democrats were even half that aggressive fighting for progressive goals…

And because our souls know better…because cognitive dissonance won’t allow our behavior and our beliefs to be in conflict for very long, we try to erase truth. We burn books, we close museums, we outlaw curricula, we delete digital archives, and we disappear people.

Stereotypes are how we deepen the chasm between “us” and “them.” When “they” are so far away that we can’t see “them” anymore, we can justify all manner of cruelty and dehumanization.
