Also, just venting and validating...this system sucks. Over three months for an out-of-scope desk reject? Having more and more difficulties finding good journal homes these days. At least it's preprinted. Wish we could just leave it at that, but <gestures widely about incentives> (3/3)

We're unsure where to go next. Looking for a fully #OpenAccess journal (no hybrid), and preferably no or really low-cost APC (no extra funds for publishing). I'm at a bit of a loss, so any suggestions would be hugely appreciated! (2/n)

Hi, Zen! Thanks for sharing. To clarify, this program is to provide funding for unis to help them implement reforms. So, complementary to the guidance DORA (or others like CoARA) provides. e.g., a Department could get a grant to put some of those recs into action.
