Honestly there are so many more songs from Muse that are so pertinent right now, this is just some that have been standing out to me alot recently, I'm sure no one will read the whole thing but writing this out and listening to all these songs has helped me feel alot better (22/23)

Won't Stand Down from their album Will of the People (2022):
"I've opened my eyes and counted the lies
And now it is clearer to me
You are just a user and an abuser
And I refuse to take it"
This one has helped me break free from abuse in my personal life and it applies on a larger scale too (21/?)

Will of the People from their album Will of the People (2022):
"We need a transformation
One we all can see
We need a revolution
So long as we stay free"
This whole song feels like a battle cry to me, very cathartic, helps me get out the frustration of all this (20/?)

The Void from their album Simulation Theory (2018):
"They'll say the sun is dying
And the fragile can't be saved
And the cold, it will devour us
And we won't rise up and slay giants
They're wrong"
I just love the affirmation that those in power are wrong, this song is so comforting to me (19/?)

Dig Down from their album Simulation Theory (2018):
"When God decides to look the other way
And a clown takes the throne
We must find a way"
I feel like this song was written about Trump tbh, we can't lose all hope cause he's in power, we have to find a way to keep pushing for a better future (18/?)

Get up and Fight from their album Simulation Theory (2018):
"I know we can pull through
I am here to tell you
Get up and fight"
Simple but inspirational song, it gives me hope that we can make it out the other side of this and be okay (17/?)

Propaganda from their album Simulation Theory (2018):
"You keep telling pretty lies
You toy with the truth
Oh, you're killing me with your
Propaganda"
Very evocative in expressing how truly venomous propaganda is, how it gets in your head and ruins you, it feels very relevant to me (16/?)
