Oh thank you so much for the mention! 😃

Oh yeah, I can’t imagine how hard it is to be diagnosed so late in life and wonder what could have been had you known earlier. I mean, I did wonder the same, but I was lucky to discover I’m autistic at 19, so the “could have been” was just about my teenage years.

Haha I can’t say I have a preference for “that D”. 😆

Yes!

Were you diagnosed recently and still processing it?

I’m curious, what are you struggling with in that journey?

That’s wonderful to hear! And thanks for sharing Hedebring!

I usually do, but I had no idea how to do that with three columns of text. That’s why I referred to the article where the same table can be found in text form.

Haha I don’t quite get the benefit. Why would an open sandwich not allow for playing cards?

In the Netherlands some make sandwiches with one slice of rye bread, and another slice of white bread. The rye bread is usually more square. Dutch people don’t give a fuck; it’s all sandwich to them!

Haha! Well, I learned about the concept of *open-face sandwiches*. Apparently no folds or stacked slices of bread are required to qualify as a sandwich!

If I fold just the corner, would only the corner count as a sandwich? 🤭
August 21, 2025 at 7:34 AM
Haha that tracks. Hard to believe an autistic person made these sandwiches, isn’t it? 🤭

Haha fair. A more comprehensive assessment sandwich is in development. 😆

What does peanut butter neutral zone refer to?

What would you call it?

I did fold each slice so I would get some pepper with each bite. Does a folded slice of bread count as a sandwich, or does it need to be cut?

The consistency is definitely associated with autism! The willingness to experiment with additional ingredients could be ADHD as well?

I don’t know. I don’t think breakfast-based assessments will necessarily have great efficacy as a clinical practice. 😆
