Kinda shitty that the 'God' of Pokémon to strand the protagonist in the past in Legends: Arceus. Their family in the present has no clue what happened to them. Sure, to the modern world they’ve only JUST vanished, but PARADOXICALLY they’ve ALSO been dead for centuries by the time the present arrives

The spinoff, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, is a different story entirely. Those are all good.
When it comes to mainline Pokémon, the older games are just better. I revisit Gen III, IV, & V the most. That's the sweet spot for me, I guess.
This is coming from someone whose first experience with mainline Pokémon was in Gen VI. Pretty sure I can't be blinded by the nostalgia I don't even have.
