2. There is also a major challenge picking the best applicant for your cleaning business when so many people apply.

Cleaning business owners would tend to get lazy and only interview a few. I been there.

-> the difficulty in maintaining consistent staff flow, as most cleaning staff leave in short time period

TO solve all these challenges, kleenhire.com.au was born.

-> the difficulty in finding staff in the specific suburb you want
-> the difficulty in finding cleaning staff with their own car to work for you
-> the difficulty in finding cleaning subcontractors willing to work well with you long term

The regular job boards are not designed to solve the cleaning businesses needs. KleenHire is designed for cleaning businesses.

Can hire for part time, casual, full time, same-day, short-term, and long-term hires on demand.

Can use the filter feature to filter out cleaners with their own car, tools, specific suburb, experience, and more.

Most struggle because of staff hiring issues.

So I built what I wish I had back then.

A platform where a cleaning business owner can post a job offer once and reach hundreds of cleaners in whatever suburb the owner wants to reach.

Losing clients because you couldn’t find staff fast enough.

I lost my first cleaning business.
Went into debt.
Still had family overseas depending on me.

Early 2025, I saw the real problem clearly.

Cleaning businesses don’t struggle because of bookings.

If you’ve been in a similar situation, I’d genuinely love to hear how you got through this stage.

I don’t want investors again — not yet. The last two years left me with debt, which damaged my ability to get a loan. Otherwise, I’d take one today.

I know that with $20k, I can realistically turn this into $20k+ MRR.

Right now, I’m surviving week to week, so cash isn’t on hand yet.

Right now, KleenHire has 50+ cleaners, 11 cleaning businesses, 3 paying businesses, and $3,084 ARR — all achieved in Dec 2025.

But here’s the hard part.

I launched it quietly. People signed up. In Nov 2025 ending, someone prepaid.

By December, after testing ads, cleaners joined, businesses joined, and three businesses started paying.

KleenHire is validated. It works!

It was cleaning businesses struggling to find reliable cleaners on demand due to extremely high staff turnover — and there was no real solution.

After months of learning full-stack development, building projects, and mastering Lovable, I built KleenHire in mid-2025.

During Jan 2025, I spoke with many cleaning business owners and saw a clear pattern.

That’s when it clicked.

The real problem wasn’t customers booking cleaners fast.

By end of Jan 2025, things went sideways again — I lost again, this hit me hard, I cried over a business loss for the first time.

Early 2025 was tough — family loss, no money, etc. That’s when I discovered Lovable, which finally allowed me to build a real product myself at very low cost.

Mid-2024, I gave the “customers hiring cleaners on demand” idea another shot. I brought on an investor, but a few months later was advised the model needed far more cash, so we pivoted and tested other ideas.

In Sept 2023, I entered a partnership with a sales company. It didn’t work, and I lost everything from the cleaning business when the partnership ended.

I went solo again in Jan 2024, rebranded, and kept pushing the same vision.
