I am Dr. Imad Omar, an academic and political researcher living in Gaza. I specialize in Arab affairs and analyzing the events of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. We once had ambitions, but now our only hope is simply to live in safety.
Today,Egypt rises once again to stand at the forefront of history with the inauguration of its national museum a moment that reflects the legacy of a nation that built the first state in history and gifted the world an enduring heritage of glory and knowledge.

We analyze the course of events and closely monitor the political and field developments related to the war on the Gaza Strip.
With best regards,

The region is witnessing unprecedented American momentum — from Witkoff and Kushner to J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio — a scene that clearly reflects the seriousness of the U.S. administration in moving forward with its plan and reviving the peace process.

The war on Gaza has ended, but its people have begun a harsher battle — a war with themselves and their memories. With no homes, roads, schools, or hospitals left, they face the pain of destruction, struggling to piece together what remains of life.

The war on Gaza has ended, but what it left behind are heartbreaking scenes of destruction. Our homes have turned into rubble, and our dreams remain buried beneath the ruins. The war brought nothing but devastation, for we love peace and strive for stability and security.

If President Trump and the U.S. administration truly and seriously intend to end the war on the Gaza Strip, then his plan may find its way forward. However, we hope it will not be just a maneuver aimed at saving Netanyahu from the growing international recognition of Palestine.

The recognition of Palestine by Canada, Australia, the UK, and France, along with other countries, is a major step, as four UN Security Council permanent members now officially acknowledge it. We hope this helps end the war on Gaza and stop violations in the West Bank.

This child buried his mother, who was killed in Gaza, with his own small hands. Then he carried his little sister on his shoulder and walked tens of kilometers on foot toward the south of the Strip, fleeing death and searching for survival. Where is humanity? And where are children’s rights?

In Gaza, we die a thousand times each day; the bombardment never stops, hunger shows no mercy, and the world stands powerless before our tragedy. To whom do we cry out, when everyone has abandoned us? Save what is left of Gaza before it is erased from existence.

Imagine, my friends, that fleeing Gaza now costs more than a trip to the Maldives or even a ticket to America, and the cost of living exceeds the world’s most expensive countries… There is no place left for a dignified life. Save us.

This tower is one of the main landmarks in Gaza City. It consisted of 17 floors and housed a large number of press offices, news agencies, and headquarters of media channels. It was completely demolished as part of the ongoing war in Gaza City and has been leveled to the ground.

My statements to various media outlets about the military operation in Doha and its impact on the future of negotiations, as well as on relations between the Gulf states and Israel on one hand, and the United States on the other.

In the city of Gaza, despite death surrounding us from every side, we continue to work and strive with the few resources we have, defying the harshness of the circumstances and the severity of the suffering, in order to document the course of events as they are, so that Gaza’s voice remains present.

Life in Gaza is fraught with dangers and hardships.

War brings nothing but ruin and destruction, loss, displacement, and exile, leaving behind a land without life and a people without shelter…
Save Gaza.

In Gaza…
Children’s dreams are no longer about footballs, notebooks, or school desks.
They have turned into long waits in water lines,
and a piece of bread to ease their hunger.
A generation deprived of the simplest rights of childhood,
forced to grow up too soon in the midst of a merciless war.

The Gaza Strip has been completely destroyed:no infrastructure, no water or electricity,no hospitals, schools, or universities, and the roads are no longer usable, We are in need of a savior to rebuild everything and grant us a ray of hope for a better tomorrow,This is what we need for the day after

Gaza has become lifeless, with death chasing people everywhere… Save what remains.

From Gaza, which is suffering from famine, siege, the destruction of homes, and the displacement of its people, we say: Has the world not had enough of this overwhelming silence in the face of all the violations of international humanitarian law and all international norms?

We strive in analysis, yet we live in a world that claims humanity while being detached from it, and preaches democracy while being far from it. It drafts agreements and laws only to enforce them on the weak. How ironic!
