We have within our ranks as leaders and coaches, a deep bench of talent and expertise to being to bear on large scale change. I look forward to the volumes of articles and books that will be written years from now on the why and the how.

After years of leading change, participating in change projects, studying best practices in Change Management, and at times being a pawn in large scale change, I have often thought that collectively we have learned enormous lessons.

Nice, but Canada is not feeling the love from Mr. Starter who three us under the bus on his meeting with Trump.

I guess it might be considered too minor for the news to report on.😀
