Many of the earliest Lebanese immigrants to Charleston were from either Aitha al-Foukhar (where my people are from, via Beirut), Jib-Jenin, or Al-Kfeir. This series of photos Sandy brought me are of folks from Jib-Jenin.

This one took around 12 hours. Much better than the original but don't expect to be able to enlarge it to get an accurate representation of all of the faces. Some were too soft or damaged in the original to get anything good out of, but I re-created as best I could.
