3. Which leads to a question then: what financial remedy was Dr Day seeking? The answer (apparently) is £5.5 million. I have no idea if that is a realistic figure but I think it is a very short answer to the question of 'why did the Trust fight this case so hard?'

These are the WBR corp Global Health Awards. WBR corp being an Indian marketing firm that (as far as I can tell) runs somewhere out of the second floor of this building here.

Pretty certain that using the Portcullis logo and "House of Commons" in the trophy to imply some sort of official status is, at the very least, a copyright infringement.
(Nothing to do with Parliament. The awards just hired it as an event venue.)
