I had my first wild mushroom a few months ago after happening upon it here at the farm, Wood Blewit. It's gorgeous and was the best mushroom I've ever eaten. It was just a few days out from one of the first low temp nights, in a well mixed species shelf in the forest.☺️ #forage #mushroms #appalachia
