Sharkorr's head now resembles a shark more clearly. He wears a brown vest over a dark grey shirt with a skull that has been sewn a few times so he can still wear it. He also wears dark beige pants, fastened with a dark blue rope-like belt, as well as dark blue sandals. He still carries his iconic hand-crafted trident, but no traces of plastic are found this time. He also has a gold tooth to fit the pirate theme more.

TOAO's redesign has him holding his stopwatch and a chain connecting it. The chain stops at his ring finger, where the end of the chain is being worn. He now has a righ knee pad and jester shoes. The teeth on the helmet match his actual teeth. His left eye socket is completely empty now and the spikes on the helmet represent the lower half of a clock, emphasizing his nickname "Speedrun Boss".
