That is exactly true.

Twitter just had me confirm my email and it occurred to me that Mnsk now can create a database based on ideological leanings crossed with IRS data. People can now be targeted for audits or firing based on their political stance. Sure that's illegal but this administration isn't worried about that.

Money is not protected free speech. No contributions to political candidates, no PACs, no Super PACs. Qualifying candidates get equal public funding, airtime, coverage - when their paperwork is submitted and approved. Elections should not be a multi-billion dollar undertaking.

Private prisons SHOULD NOT EXIST. This should be self-explanatory, but the idea that the government is feeding enslaved individuals into privately held and run prisons FOR PROFIT should really be pissing us off more than it is.

Enforce the separate of Church and State. Hold religious orgs responsible when they stray from that separation. End private school vouchers while we're at it.

Bring back the fncking Fairness Doctrine.

Companies should not be able to own other companies. Individuals should. One company buys another - they merge and are one now, owned by individuals. The shell games, tax-dodging, liability shirking, vulture capitalism needs to end. Companies need to register where they operate, not a PO Box in AZ.

Billionaires SHOULD NOT EXIST. You make a billion - congrats, you win! Donate, give away to family and friends, or be taxed. The rich benefit from our infrastructure disproportionately to the rest of us, they should be paying far more to support that infrastructure.

Health insurance companies SHOULD NOT EXIST. They may have served a purpose decades ago in terms of getting care to people that otherwise couldn't - but they are only a parasite now - a murderous parasite.

Harris should have run on: legalize/reclassify mj w/pardons or commutations for impacted offenses; single payer hc, school loans gone, free public universities, reform the supreme court, fix/fund the post office (return check cashing), reform law enforcement, raise taxes on the rich, reform banking

Obviously I'm mad at how the election turned out. The person that I'm most angry at - is Harris. She knew she was losing and instead of turning left, she went center/right. She lost that election more than he won it. I don't know if Dem focus groups have been infiltrated or they don't know better.

I quit social media for a bit because I'm just so angry. Like full of rage all the time angry. It's hard to post silliness when what I feel like doing is running around in circles, screaming and shouting. I think that I'm going to start ranting over here a bit and save the jokey jokes for elsewhere.

When I see Trump berating Zelensky for staying in power while many Ukrainians are refugees, living in occupied areas, or otherwise unable to participate in an election, I'm reminded that all GOP accusations are projections. Trump wants to stay in power indefinitely and he'll destroy us to do it.

It sure seems an awful lot like Trump trying to create a catastrophe to consolidate his power, destroy our national institutions, shuffle us into a war or three.
