Thank you! And YES. Always been anti-off leash but I've walked past this house daily for YEARS and this dog was highly trained. BUT the owner was grabbing something from the garage and it took the chance. Just takes one minute of lapsed attention for the best trained dogs.

Thank you so much, I'm still shaking so badly. We are at the ER but we know what neighbor it was so we're definitely following up with everything once he's stable
