Slowly coming to terms with the fact that I’m approaching being “middle aged”.
I know that it can be difficult but please try to be patient with yourself while you’re on the mend. I know that life keeps on going at a rapid pace most of time so it’s easier said than done.

I hope that you feel better! I ended up in the ER a little over 2 years ago with what was diagnosed as a muscle spasm on the left side of my neck. Not quite as severe but it took me a few days to get back in the saddle so to speak. Get better soon.
