I see! In that case, two recommendations for you (generalized):
- SSD over HDD for your memory. SSD *is* more expensive but faster loading storage. Better for program performance.
- Future proof the computer the best you can! Places to splurge a bit if possible include GPU and CPU.

It really depends on what you're looking for/wanting it for!
Establishing a price range and if you're willing to build it yourself/get help would be first steps!
Prime example is my PC. I did not trust building it, so I bought refurbished and its still decent, I got it used 5 years ago.

I'm sad to miss it, but it's all part of setting a standard for myself to improve things for you all. So if there *is* a stream for the day, it's not a big thing this year, and probably won't happen at all honestly.
