First paper from my PhD is out! tinyurl.com/5h8wju4e We looked at antimicrobial peptide diversity in koalas. We found some SNPs that are likely to alter peptide function and duplications of PhciCATH5 that were more common in the south. Interesting as PhciCATH5 has activity against chlamydia!
