Try adding structure to your daily To Do list
• 1-3 things to do in morning, afternoon, and evening
• Maintain focus on just those things
• Limit the likelihood of feeling overwhelmed
• Small bites help work away at larger projects
• Check back to see the headway you've made
• Reassess next steps
