This time 4 years ago, I was in hospital having just had surgery for a ruptured appendix. My marriage was also imploding (spot the theme!) & I don't think it's an exaggeration to say I was in the middle of the worst time of my life. When I look at how far I have come, I'm so grateful & proud. ❤️
