Unfortunately it is not an alternative building. It is a wood slat based shed. Not sure why someone decided to use this type of insulation. Have you heard of it being used in standard building practices?

I am now living in town after building a cob studio and my shed has a straw filling for insulation that has apparently been there for years. It is a mess and sticks out of every crack and out from under the roof. Any suggestions on how to neaten it up?

We have so many already in Tucson and not enough services for help. We will have homeless cities. 😟
