Consider my interest piqued, peaked, & peeked.
I’d also like to suggest that, you know, it’s actually possible to not buy from these companies in general, not just in this tiny little timeframe.

Me too. I forgot what this is - happiness? A feeling of hope and faith that goodness will prevail and we can work toward a better world? I’ve forgotten how to articulate it. It feels so good.

They did. We all need to be smart about where we spend our media dollars. Give money to independent journalists who tell the truth. Tell legacy media why you’re quitting.

Graphic designer and lifelong Apple ecosystem champion here. Have actually made a fair amount of money from Apple stock purchases decades ago. With great pain, because it’s a brand I’ve loved and I’m usually brand averse, I have to rethink everything now. Fuck ICE

It’s unbearable to turn on the radio and hear the sing-song lilt of NPR newscasters covering issues of gravest importance. I don’t feel that the news coverage reflects the significance of these times - the tenor is lighthearted and superficial, and feels like a betrayal - I plan to give $ elsewhere

So glad to see this footage! We were near the front of the march, and 45 minutes after we got to Frank Ogawa Plaza, people were STILL marching in. Huge turnout, and so heartening to see.

Thank you, Senator Schiff, for your work on behalf of our democracy. I call your office or email often on issues, and I always thank you and your staff. It’s a huge responsibility to be on the right side of politics and history, and I am grateful for all you do.

I call them fake Christians. Actual Christians work to uphold the path of love and mercy. I’m not a Christian, but these are values I hold dear, and anyone claiming to be Christian and voted for Trump is a phony. Pam Bondi wearing a cross while supporting this heinous cruelty with lies is blasphemy.

Instead, you voted to further plunge our country into fascism and authoritarian tyranny that will hurt your constituents for decades. They elected you to do better. Way to go, myopia. Governing fail.

Yes, and we all need to rethink how, individually, we can divest our money from these companies. Entertainment is not a necessity. I know that all of it is hard. We have to resist. I'm not sure how much collective power we have except with our money.

One day, he’ll be president. At least if the forces of goodness prevail in the world, anyway.

I’ve felt the same, and it’s almost indistinguishable from the early days after losing someone I love. It’s a grief process.
