There was an attempt to produce a Blu-ray set, which would’ve at least shown some deleted scenes, but the production company (allegedly) rejected it for undisclosed reasons. Some news shared on X at least confirmed a kiss bet Okgyeong/Hyerang was filmed; the one bet Jeongnyeon/Jooran, I’m not sure.

She wasn’t. I read somewhere that she read the manga, liked it & pushed for creating a drama based on it. They published the unedited script, & tho the OG love interest wasn’t there, they’ve incorporated the overt love story to the character of Jooran. Sadly, broadcast censorship cut most of it.
