I think I paid somewhere around $125 in Ticketmaster fees for my 2 tix today. And I bought on the "cheaper" end.

I've had season tickets since 1999, so if Ohio State fans had more "priority points" than me for bowl tix, I'd be surprised. Unfortunately, and more likely, it was duck fans who over bought and are reselling for profit. Ticket office if they could should have put a limit on how many you could buy.

Also found this in a previous email. Curious to know if they actually imposed a limit to "ensure access". Doesn't seem like they did.

Yep, called my ticket rep at UO and he said they sold out by around noon. I had to get 2 verified resale tix. They need to limit how many tix people can buy to combat the scalpers/season ticket holders buying them up, then reselling for profit. Definitely a broken sysytem.

Same happened to me. UO needs to figure something out, like maybe limiting how many tickets season ticket holders can buy. Was able to get verified resale tickets, but obviously cost much more than face value.

And let me clarify, IMO education is key for voting purposes, which would hopefully then lead to policy to close the income inequality gap. Money is resources and when the top has it all, there must be a revolution against the 1%.

And we are supposed to be the "greatest country on Earth". Not even close. Education is the key.
