UTEP International and Mexican National students, are advised to stay clear of the UTEP campus today as the UTEP President has not advised the student population that ICE and Border Patrol will not being doing immigration enforcement on campus.

UTEP podría estar construyendo una base de datos de estudiantes "radicales". La verificación de las identificaciones de los estudiantes probablemente sea una "restricción previa" a los derechos de libertad de expresión y reunión de los estudiantes de UTEP, según las Primeras Enmiendas.

The El Paso National Lawyers Guild condemns the UTEP office of Student Engagement & Leadership Center for requirement of an I.D. check at a Dec. 4 Teach-In which may be organized in opposition to Border Czar Tom Homan's visit to the UTEP campus the same day.
