First breakfast is between 4-4.30am, 2nd breakfast is demanded around 6.30am & she will then sleep through to around 7pm.

London took three weeks to accept I was her new human (she still occasionally dislikes this and lets me know) but now she will sleep on my lap All Day if I let her (I mostly let her)
