Until the new unitary authorities are created, Elmbridge Borough Council remains responsible for Planning, however Surrey Council retains a significant influence.
If elected, I will ensure that Surrey County Council heavily scrutinise the impact of
proposed developments on traffic in the area."

Retaining the distinctiveness of our three villages of Hinchley Wood, Claygate and Oxshott is very important to me and that means preserving our green belt from development and protecting the nature that lives within it.

After a long and successful career in finance, Andy wants to give back to the community by serving as a councillor. His focus will be on fixing our roads, investing in schools and special education, and ensuring safety in traffic - plus salvaging the debt-laden Surrey County Council.
