Had some veggies that needed to be cooked, meal planned with a beef stew... accidentally bought too much meat and have 10 days worth! 10 days not needing to cook! 😁

Tried their vegan pizza for the second day. It was very savory, didn't taste a difference with the cheese. Simply delicious!

I tried nattō for breakfast.
Pretty interesting, ate plain with the rice then added fried egg. Flavor is strong with umami but I think the right toppings would balance out the flavors

Remade it with the proper breadmaker yeast! The squish came out a lot nicer and was easy to cut. Chewed nicely and delicious with some coffee ☕️🐴

Turned out the yeast didn't activate properly and became a brick real fast. It was a tough cut and chew before...

Made cinnamon raisin bread, had to bake it longer due to a missed setting but this thing is amazing🤩

Tried a new protein pancake recipe, this was a lot nicer than the last one that tasted really bland and dry.

Nothing like family coming over to celebrate and swapping recipes. Learned how to make molé from scratch! Was always a favorite dish of mine, really glad to have this in my cookbook.
