I can never remember or make it make sense in my head even with this. So I just use the word "impact" instead.

I feel both because the truth is that it doesn't matter how angry I am, I still have to do what's necessary for my family to survive and that's what I have to focus on. I can't actually DO anything about any of it. I can only be angry. And I don't even have anybody to talk to about any of it.
