Made our best looking sourdough yet for this Thanksgiving. My wife also made butter with orange rind, rosemary, and honey.

So this is my third loaf. Open for suggestions/critiques. I think the crumb/crust is better than our previous attempts but I think it's under-baked slightly (based on how it cut). #breadsky
