Might be the worst to ever do it - but I don’t think it’s Matt Smith’s fault. His ok acting is hampered by the writing, which seems desperate to yell in your face that this Doctor is funny and quirky but Smith brings little of his own charm to the flaccid and lifeless character in these poor series’
